GENERAL MANAGER NEEDED IN CUYAHOGA FALLS/STOW, OH!

Our client, a growing quick-service Wing restaurant franchise, is currently seeking General Manager candidates for their Cuyahoga Falls/Stow store, as well as in Cleveland. Top-performers have opportunity to grow to the District Manager level once the company opens more stores in the area!

Responsibilities will include:

• Pre-shift meetings and setting expectations
• Weekly inventory
• Interviewing/hiring, food orders
• Training, motivating, and working with crew members
• Displaying a “guest comes first” attitude by training and holding crew members
• Accountable for delivering legendary customer service

• $50,000-$55,000 base salary
• Realist bonus potential
