We’re searching for a dynamic Roofing Sales Manager to build and lead a high-performance sales team from Charleston, SC to Bluffton, SC .

Qualifications:

  • Proven Sales Management Experience: Must have a track record of successfully leading sales teams and hitting revenue goals.
  • Recruiting and Hiring Expertise: Experience in recruiting, training, and retaining high-performing sales reps, particularly in the roofing or construction industry.
  • Goal-Oriented Leadership: Strong ability to drive your team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Coaching and Training: Skilled in mentoring and developing sales talent to achieve top-tier performance.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to balance team and customer needs, prioritize effectively, and make decisions that align with company growth.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in roofing, home improvement, or related industries is highly preferred.

  • Recruit/Hire: Attract and onboard the best sales professionals in the industry.
  • Train: Develop your team to become top performers in roofing sales.
  • Retain: Keep your talent motivated and engaged.
  • Drive Sales: Lead your team to meet monthly and yearly sales goals.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: You’ll be in charge of ensuring the team hits its monthly and annual sales goals while driving more business.

Your Pay:

  • 100% Performance-Based: No limits on what you can earn!
  • Minimum $50K/year: Earn a solid income with the potential to far exceed it.
  • Unlimited Cap: Your success determines your paycheck.

You’ll be the backbone of our sales operation, driving results by building and managing a sales team of 5-7 reps.

In an ideal world, your role is all about leading and supporting your team—not selling directly.

But let’s face it, you might still get your hands dirty from time to time, especially as you scale the team.

You’ll need to balance the needs of your sales reps with those of our customers, ensuring your team can close deals without you having to step in.

With the right team size, this role becomes a truly full-time management position where you focus on strategy, coaching, and hitting targets.
