Job Summary
Due to our rapid growth, John Hinderer Fordis seeking an AutomotiveSales Consultantto join Hinderer Motor Company Team. The ideal candidate for this position would need to be excited about cars, will deliver high quality customer service and become a consultant to each customer on finding the vehicle that aligns perfectly with their needs. If you have a knack for sales and a passion for cars, we want to hear from you!!
Requirements
- Assist customers in purchase or lease of vehicles in a professional manner with uncompromised integrity
- Use initiative and diligence in prospecting for new customers.
- Achieve consistently high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Earn manufacturer certifications and effectively demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers.
- Promote repeat and referral business by building customer relationships through outstanding service and consistent follow-up.
- Presenting automobiles in a knowledgeable yet professional manner
- Follow up with customers who have not purchased yet
- Follow up with "sold" customers till they buy again and send you referrals
- Willingness to learn

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently, manage and prioritize multiple projects, be a team player and self-motivated, and demonstrate attention to detail.
- Be flexible and able to adapt to an ever-changing work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong creative problem-solving skills, and a strong analytical mindset.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Regularly required to stand and walk. Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat, climb and perform repetitive motion tasks
- Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Must be willing to work on an On-site dealership environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation mandatory.
- A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education
- Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma
- Able to obtain a Sales License
- Authorized to work in the United States
