About The Role

  1. The Director of Sales Operations will be responsible for owning and developing key strategic partnerships that align with Snap's business goals.
  2. This role involves fostering existing partnerships and cultivating new ones, focusing on long-term growth and success.
  3. The candidate will lead negotiations and manage the execution of partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  4. Acting as a trusted advisor to the C-suite, the individual will understand partner needs and identify collaboration opportunities.
  5. The role requires elevating the organizational impact and operational efficiency of the Partnerships organization.

Minimum Requirements

  1. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Strategy, or Corporate Development within the technology sector.
  2. A proven track record of successfully growing and leading global teams across multiple countries is essential, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
  3. The candidate should possess strong strategic collaboration skills, able to work effectively with C-Level executives and cross-functional teams.
  4. An entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovative partnership models will be crucial for success in this role.
  5. The ability to communicate results clearly and effectively across a matrix organization is necessary.
