Join our collaborative and engaging environment as a Banking Customer Support Representative. As the first point of contact for customer inquiries, you'll find innovative ways to respond and provide top-notch service.
Your Responsibilities
- Connect with customers via various channels to resolve their inquiries
- De-escalate and resolve issues
- Escalate interactions when necessary
- Process payments and provide assistance
- Track call information for auditing purposes
- Provide feedback on call issues
- Upsell when required
We're looking for:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven call center experience
- Typing 25 WPM
- Proficient in PC operation and navigation
- Ability to work independently and in a constantly changing environment
