Your Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers via various channels to resolve their inquiries
  • De-escalate and resolve issues
  • Escalate interactions when necessary
  • Process payments and provide assistance
  • Track call information for auditing purposes
  • Provide feedback on call issues
  • Upsell when required

We're looking for:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proven call center experience
  • Typing 25 WPM
  • Proficient in PC operation and navigation
  • Ability to work independently and in a constantly changing environment
