Senior Corporate Analyst | Raleigh, NC | Hybrid | Permanent PlacementThis position serves as a strategic business partner to the commercial sales team to guide decision-making through business analysis and consultation. This high visibility role works closely with top management, commercial, and regional sales to analyze business drivers, sales performance, promotions, initiatives,and profitability. This role also leads all sales forecasting and planning efforts, is primarily responsible for marginal contribution analysis and reporting, and is a primary point of contact in corporate planning.Job ResponsibilitiesEngage with business leadership to create an annual operating plan and long-range strategic plan.Analyze customer, product, and market data to proactively identify trends, highlight risks/opportunities, and develop well-informed revenue and margin forecasts.Partner with commercial sales to create monthly packages for reporting and analytics.Develop complex financial models and dashboards that guide the company’s strategic decision-making efforts.Integrate data from diverse sources, convert that data into information, and provide fact-based insights and recommendations to the executive and senior leadership team.Produce an accurate monthly financial/forecast package that conveys an understanding of current variance drivers and potential impact on the business trajectory.Communicate and present analytical findings to company leadership crisply and concisely.Perform other analytics-driven duties as requested or required by business partners.Job Qualifications And RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant analyst experience.Minimum of 5 years or more of relevant business and FP&A experience is preferred.CMA or FPAC Certification is a plus.Proficiency in SAP, CPM, and Data Visualization software preferred.About Aston Carter:Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
