- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the rehabilitation unit
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor and assess patients’ conditions and document progress
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and self-care
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Uphold professional standards in accordance with organizational policies and procedures
