Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage a profitable book of business, specifically in recreation and hospitality driven insurance products
Develop, establish and expand broker and customer relationships within middle market division
Underwrite efficiently without sacrificing discipline, diligence and quality service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with agility and decisiveness
Contributes to moderately complex underwriting tasks
Develop understanding of market conditions and how to respond as they evolve
Be a positive reflection on the company by demonstrating integrity and leadership in the marketplace
Effectively communicate our value proposition to brokers and clients
Collaborate with teammates across all product lines
Majority of work is collaborative, gaining independence
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
2-5 years experience specifically within recreation/hospitality property and casualty insurance
Strong technical skills in financial analysis
Strong communication and negotiation skills
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Understanding of policy forms and coverage
