As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Terez Wilson - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer inbound calls & direct calls to the appropriate individual.
• Answer customer inquiries, take messages for agency.
• Take payments and assist customers with billing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Licensing not required, but recommended.

Compensation: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
