External Funding Process Lead - Biotech

Location: Boston, MA/Hybrid
Schedule: Standard Office Hours (40 per week)
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Pay range: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour


A pain-focused business unit is seeking a dedicated contractor to support exhibit and sponsorship processing. This role involves close collaboration with the strategic customer engagement (SCE) field team and internal departments to ensure the timely and accurate handling of exhibit and sponsorship requests. The contractor will be responsible for managing all necessary documentation, approvals, and payments while ensuring compliance with established policies.


Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with compliance, marketing, commercial field teams, and finance departments to ensure efficient processing of exhibit and sponsorship requests in line with internal guidelines and policies.
• Oversee the complete documentation and approval process for exhibits and sponsorships, ensuring all steps are properly executed.
• Ensure accurate and timely payment processing for approved exhibits and sponsorships.
• Communicate regularly with field and cross-functional teams to monitor status and resolve issues related to documentation or timely payment.
• Maintain thorough records of all processed exhibits and sponsorships for reporting and audit purposes.

Qualifications:

• Experience in project management, process improvement, administration, or a similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of compliance processes related to exhibits and sponsorships is a plus.
• Proficiency in financial and documentation management tools.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
