The HR Coordinator role is a great starting point for a career in Human Resources.Essential Responsibilities:-Provides administrative support to the HR team-Answer phones and monitor email-Process claims and run pre-employment screenings-Assists with new hire onboarding, both locally and remotely-Administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and HR events, maintaining agendas and employee records, preparing correspondence and processing mail-Supports HR reporting via HRIS and Excel to provide ongoing metrics for HR and other business unitsWhy you want this position:-Starting wage: $20.50 - $21.50 / hour DOE-Hybrid position: Full-Time, 3 days in office and 2 days remote, Monday through Friday-Great opportunity to gain HR experienceQualifications:-Customer service oriented, ability to multi-task and be part of a team-Experience with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.-Experience with an HRIS platform such as Workday, Peoplesoft, Oracle or similar is preferred, but not required-Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills-Ability to sit, talk, hear, use repetitive hand motions, handle or feel, stand, walk, reach, bend and lift up to 20 lbs.
