Graphic Designer

Position Summary:

As a Mid-Senior Level Graphic Designer at Concept Labs, you will play a key role in helping define and enhance the identities of our in-house beauty and wellness brands. Your creative vision and expertise in branding, email marketing, and digital design will drive engaging visuals that resonate with our target audience and elevate our brand presence across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute branding and marketing initiatives that align with stakeholder objectives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Stay updated on beauty and wellness trends and graphic design best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs.
• Design engaging email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo and other tools.
• Work on website UI/UX projects, including landing and product pages.
• Create infographics and A+ content for Amazon.
• Design social media graphics and ads to increase engagement and conversions.
• Produce print materials like card inserts and direct mailers as needed.
• Design presentations and animations/GIFs.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in the beauty, fashion, health & wellness industries.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects, particularly in beauty product branding and digital design.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo for e-commerce and email marketing.
• Experience with online retailers such as Amazon, Target, etc.
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
• Experience in illustration, packaging, and motion design is a bonus, but not required.
