Job Description:
This position requires the assembly of parts and use of various hand and power tools. This individual must be able to follow instructions from supervisors and other team leaders and co-workers. This position requires the individual to work at an acceptable pace and keep pace with work demands while assembling a quality product. This individual is responsible for making sure assembly meets company standards.

Job Description:
This position requires the assembly of parts and use of various hand and power tools. This individual must be able to follow instructions from supervisors and other team leaders and co-workers. This position requires the individual to work at an acceptable pace and keep pace with work demands while assembling a quality product. This individual is responsible for making sure assembly meets company standards.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble units in accordance with quality control standards.
- Maintain a safe and productive work pace to meet work demands.
- Follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Prioritize tasks based on supervisor and team leader direction.
- Complete all paperwork related to production and assembly.
- Work overtime as required.
- Use hand and power tools proficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Work in varying weather conditions, indoors and outdoors, as required.
- Facility is not temperature-controlled, experiencing both heat and cold.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Capacity to work scheduled shifts.
- Ability to bend, stoop, sit, walk, twist, and stand for up to 12 hours per day, up to six days a week.
- Must be able to work at heights exceeding 6 feet as required.
- Willingness to work overtime on short notice.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
- Ability to read job file orders and enter data accurately into the tracking system.
- Capable of reading a tape measure down to 1/16 of an inch.
