Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic E-commerce Product Manager with expertise in eCommerce, specifically within the retail industry and consumer devices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to delivery, ensuring the successful management of our online store. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce, strong project management skills, and experience in the retail and consumer devices sector.

What You’ll Do

  1. Product Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce product strategy tailored to the retail industry and consumer devices market.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define product roadmaps and prioritize features and enhancements that align with industry trends.
  2. eCommerce Expertise:
    • Manage and optimize the eCommerce platforms, specifically tailored to the unique needs of retail and consumer device businesses.
    • Stay abreast of platform updates, new features, and industry-specific best practices.
    • Understanding of entire eCommerce eco-system including Catalog Management, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management and Payment Gateways.
  3. Agile Product Development:
    • Build and manage product roadmaps, incorporating the needs of retail and consumer devices customers.
    • Create and prioritize user stories and maintain product backlogs in an Agile development environment.
  4. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with design, development, marketing, and sales teams, ensuring that product initiatives align with the requirements of the retail and consumer devices sectors.
    • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance the user experience in a way that resonates with our target audience.
  5. Product Development and Launch:
    • Lead the end-to-end product development process, ensuring features and enhancements are tailored to meet the demands of retail and consumer device customers.
    • Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of industry-specific features.
  6. Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
    • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the retail and consumer devices industry, assessing the success of the e-commerce platform.
    • Utilize analytics tools to analyze customer behavior within the retail and consumer devices market, making data-driven decisions.
  7. User Experience Enhancement:
    • Continuously improve the online shopping experience, considering the unique preferences and behaviors of retail and consumer devices customers.
    • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback specific to the retail and consumer devices sectors.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ Years of proven experience as an E-commerce Product Manager, with a focus on the retail industry and consumer devices.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce trends, best practices, and customer behavior within the retail and consumer devices sector.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
