POSITION: Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR)

LOCATION: Greenfield/West Allis, WI

HOURS: ON SITE Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

SALARY: $50-60K annually .

The Insurance CSR will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing policies, resolving complaints, and providing information about insurance products and services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience as Customer Service Rep
• MUST HAVE PERSONAL LINES INSURANCE experience
• Current WI P&C insurance license is a MUST
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of insurance principles and products
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in basic computer applications
• Previous experience in a customer service or insurance-related role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Applied Systems - Epic/TAM/Easy Links
