As a Sales Leader at Clae Goldman Team, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing our sales team. You will be responsible for setting sales goals, developing strategies, and mentoring your team to achieve and exceed targets. This is a leadership position that requires a results-oriented professional with a passion for sales and green energy solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and maximize performance.
- Training & Development: Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development opportunities for your team.
- Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and make adjustments to optimize results.
- Recruitment: Assist in recruiting and onboarding new sales representatives to expand the team.
- Customer Engagement: Support your team in building strong relationships with customers and closing deals.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance and team achievements for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Leadership: 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in door-to-door sales or a related field.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a team to achieve high performance.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Results-Oriented: Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Passion for Green Energy: Enthusiasm for promoting sustainable energy solutions.
Compensation: $75,000 yearly
