As a CRM & Sales Methodology Manager, you are responsible for defining and implementing Sales Methodologies and Tools that support Kyocera’s go-to-market strategy. The CRM & Sales Methodology Manager will own Kyocera Documents Solution’s CRM application, HubSpot, and will make sure the sales processes are properly embedded into the platform so sales reps can perform their activities in the field.

Responsibilities

+       Implement a new CRM (HubSpot) in the organization for the Wholesale Channel Sales team with the support of the Business Transformation team and the Marketing Division.

+       Maintain the CRM system including updates, enhancements, building reports, managing dashboards and workflows.

+       Monitor end-user usage of the CRM system and build programs to promote usage and system adoption.

+       Build training programs and conduct trainings with Sales Teams. Educating and supporting sales teams to advance deals and manage a healthy pipeline.

+       Map and analyze Kyocera’s current sales process in the different regions in order to adapt our KSE (Kyocera Sales Excellence) Methodology to that. KSE is a proprietary methodology developed to sell Office Equipment via Direct Sales or Channel Sales.

+       Develop a long-term program to implement Kyocera’s Sales Methodology in the US and embed it into our CRM.

+       Leverage experience gained with deployment of HubSpot for Wholesale Channel to evaluate and advise on expansion of tool into Direct Channel sales organization. Prepare assessment of feature capabilities and work with IT and Business Transformation to prepare business case justification for expansion.

+       Work with the Demand Generation Manager to implement marketing campaigns that can be tracked end-to-end withing the CRM platform.

Qualifications

Required:

+       You ideally have a degree in a business or marketing-related field, providing the relevant business, communication know-how and strategic-thinking.

+       Your employment history (at least 3 years) must include past experience in sales methodologies and ability to work well in an intercultural company.

+       Experience in analyzing data and driving intelligent conclusions to recommend next actions.

+       Experience in sales enablement or supporting sales objectives with marketing content.

+       Strong familiarity with HubSpot CRM technology.

+       Experience with and migration and/or implementation of CRM tools is desired.

+       Experience in working with IT functions and their corresponding governance and financial processes, and in driving continuous improvements. Technical knowledge is an asset.

+       Experience in advising senior management on strategic topics, e.g., sales performance KPIs.

Preferred:

+       You have worked in B2B markets, although exposure to B2C markets is a plus.

+       Preferred industries include technology industries, including materials, life sciences, and IT.

+       Experience with the setting up & driving usage of state-of-the-art CRM reports & dashboards.

+       Experience with content-driven online demand generation (B2B markets) would be a plus.

+       Experience with driving organizational change & transformation initiatives would be a plus.

+       Experience preparing business cases to support investments in marketing tools.
