Position Summary
Maintain vendor profiles and assist in vendor statement review. Review team member travel and expense vouchers. Provide customer service to vendors and team members. Preform month end review of assigned accounts and provide account/department summary.
Minimum Requirements
High School Degree or GED required.
Experience using current Peoplesoft ERP system is required.
5 plus years working as an Accounts Payable Technician/Sr. Technician
Analytical skills with vendor accounts and ledger line items
Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
Familiarity with electronic three-way match of invoice, receipt and po. Ability to work independently.
Strong organizational skills
Team oriented
Understand Accounts Payable processes (ex: data entry, statement review, vendor correspondence, etc.) and general ledger processes (ex: journal entries, accruals, and line-item review).
