Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Responds to employee inquiries (first tier) via the call center and case management system
- Triage incoming tickets in the case management system and exhausts all options to resolve and respond to the ticket before routing to the appropriate COE.
- Work with HRBPs to resolve questions relating to employee data and any issues that arise from calls or email inquiries.
- Processes invoices for all HR vendors.
- Leave of Absence assistance as needed
- Overseeing COE initiatives specific to employee support
- Processing all HR invoicing
- Other administrative duties as necessary
Qualifications:
- Experience should be 2-3 years HR experience or 3-5 years in an administrative role
