Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Responds to employee inquiries (first tier) via the call center and case management system
  • Triage incoming tickets in the case management system and exhausts all options to resolve and respond to the ticket before routing to the appropriate COE.
  • Work with HRBPs to resolve questions relating to employee data and any issues that arise from calls or email inquiries.
  • Processes invoices for all HR vendors.
  • Leave of Absence assistance as needed
  • Overseeing COE initiatives specific to employee support
  • Processing all HR invoicing
  • Other administrative duties as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Experience should be 2-3 years HR experience or 3-5 years in an administrative role
