We are seeking a Staffing Supervisor to join our team in Laurel, MD! We're looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with diverse teams.


Job Purpose: The Staffing Supervisor achieves staffing objectives by recruiting, screening, evaluating and on-boarding qualified job candidates for specific job descriptions based on the client requirements/need.


Job Title: Staffing Supervisor | Pay Rate: $22-$24/hr. | Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am -5pm


Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Bilingual: English and Spanish
  • Valid Drivers License and Insurance
  • Flexibility when it comes to overtime and weekends


Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage staffing requirements of customer
  • Ensure to provide optimum customer service.
  • Monitor and respond to all personnel issues as well as concerns quickly and effectively during Branch Manager absence.
  • Ensure to encourage and motivate all employees effectively to accomplish productivity as well as quality goals.
  • Ensure to anticipate all needs of the customer.
  • Manage tracking reports on a weekly basis and taking lead on audits to ensure the deadline is met.
  • Coordinate and assist with the performance of On-Site Staffing Coordinator as necessary.
  • Execute duties of On-Site Supervisor as well as Staffing Coordinators.
  • Prepare branch recruiting plans to stimulate development of pools of all hired candidates.
  • Maintain and lead online recruiting, post hard to staff positions on social media and on indeed, zip etc.
  • Ensure to recruit, screen, hire, train and assign employees. As well as ensure documentation.
  • Ensure to operate within company policy, exercise discretion as well as judge independently to make decisions.
  • Ensure to focus on expense, cost-of-service management and profitable pricing to attain targeted contribution.
  • OH payroll completion as well as OH schedules and tracking meal violations.
  • Ensure the desk map is executed and followed daily. Documentation in TW is entered correctly.
  • Ensure effective and clear communication with the team and client.
  • On call and after hours requests and emails. Clocking in and out during those times to ensure accuracy in compensation.
  • Ensure to respond to emails pertaining to information needed from the branch in a timely manner. EX: Risk(Safety), Compliance and Payroll etc.
  • Manage and resolve associate payroll issues.
