The Inspire team is looking for an innovative and self-motivated technical program manager to own the delivery of flagship goals in support of Inspire's mission to help customers discover ideas and inspiration to kickstart new shopping journeys on Amazon.

If you are interested in building for our mobile shoppers and the next generation of Amazon customers shopping from inspiration driven by creator/influencer created video content, this is the role for you!

In this role, you will be the single threaded leader of the delivery of goals aligning partner teams and holding each accountable for the delivery of the next generation of social shopping with creator/influencer content. You will be experienced in driving complex technical programs across multiple organizations with the ability to go deep into the understanding of technical problems, associated protocols, and technology stacks. You will possess a unique blend of technical breadth and depth, paired with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

A successful program manager in this role will lead and influence stakeholders to assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects by meeting project milestones. Assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and encourage risk-taking behavior to maximize business benefit.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
