This role involves providing financial guidance and decision-making support to sales channel leaders and broker partners to achieve profitable growth.
The responsibilities and qualifications include:
Responsibilities:
1. Highlighting customer investment opportunities and efficiencies.
2. Improving accuracy of sales and trade estimates through analysis.
3. Analyzing and advising on quarterly customer P&Ls.
4. Providing financial support for customer portfolios and guiding cost and expense variances.
5. Analyzing revenue and profit variance related to volume, price, and assortment.
6. Facilitating solution-driven discussions with Sales, brokers, and A/R.
7. Identifying spend patterns and recommending business opportunities.
8. Participating in special projects.
9. Mentoring new hires and interns.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum:
1. 3+ years of CPG-related business experience.
2. 4-year bachelor’s degree.
3. 4+ years of financial analyst experience.
4. Strong Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, OneNote, Word.
5. Professional presentation skills.
