**Job Title:** Oncology Infusion Registered Nurse

**Shift:** Day shift, Monday through Friday
**Guaranteed Hours:** 32 hours per week
**Experience:** Minimum 2 years of chemotherapy administration experience
**License:** RN License
**Certifications:** ONS Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration Certification
**Must-Have:** Experience with EPIC electronic medical records system
**Job Description:**
- Provide professional oncology nursing care in the Infusion area.
- Ensure adherence to oncology policies and nursing procedures, standards, and practices.
- Contribute to quality improvement objectives and maintain safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
- Conduct health history assessments and address physician orders.
- Perform in-office procedures and educate patients and families.
- Administer chemotherapy and manage cancer symptoms.
- Monitor patients' physical and emotional well-being through frequent visits.
- Serve as the primary communication conduit with patients, relaying information and feedback to physicians.
- Provide direct nursing care, including triage of patient care needs.
- Apply clinical knowledge, judgment, and decision-making skills to analyze and act on patient care issues.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Cancer Care Director or Physician Services Senior Executive.
