Manufacturing organization needs HR Manager, must hold Bachelor's Degree and have manufacturing experience.
Required Education/Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Required Experience:
- 5 – 10 years' experience demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility as a HR Manager and or Business Partner with strong understanding of California legal requirements.
- 5+ years’ minimum experience managing projects and programs, experience using proven project management and change management principles.
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
- Familiar with and comfortable using HRIS software such as Workday/ ADP/ SAP.
