Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to generate leads and increase sales across our market segments.
• Create, edit and manage a variety of marketing content, including web copy, e-newsletters, marketing collateral, advertising, blog posts, videos and social media, in collaboration with our team.
• Utilize customer insights, market analysis and industry best practices to formulate successful marketing strategies.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
• Manage the marketing budget for initiatives, allocating resources effectively and optimizing campaign efficiency.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
• Write and distribute press releases to enhance brand visibility.
• Develop and implement an annual strategic and tactical marketing plan, fostering clear communication with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Evolve and execute the company's branding strategy to strengthen market presence.
Requirements:
• 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in public works.
• Preferably Bachelors in Marketing
• Proven management experience, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
• Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills.
• Experience with Google and social media advertising platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, especially Google Slides and Sheets.
• Complete understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud for content management.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to Travel when needed
