Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Assist with daily HR operations, including filing, data entry, and managing HR records.
- Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Onboarding Process: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and training schedules are set up.
- Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits; assist in resolving employee issues or concerns.
- Payroll Support: Help in the preparation and processing of payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
- Training Coordination: Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops, tracking employee participation and feedback.
- Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining confidentiality and security of employee information.
- HR Projects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and benefits administration.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles; knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
