Director, Product Management - (Loans)

Location: New York, Houston, Pittsburgh, or Lake Mary

Overview: BNY Loans Platform provides world-class servicing for loan products, including Credit Services and Structured Debt. The platform focuses on innovative strategy, development, and operational execution. We are looking for a Director, Product Management to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Platform Leaders to translate vision into actionable plans for the pods within the Platform.
2. Lead and provide strategic direction for product management, development, and marketing processes.
3. Develop and execute the strategic vision for Product or Platform, aligning teams around delivery goals.
4. Provide leadership support to multiple pod-level Product Owners, ensuring alignment across product backlogs.
5. Guide Product/Platform operations, evaluate impact, manage issue escalations, and liaise with cross-functional teams.
6. Manage risks and financials, provide strategic direction to enterprise teams, and drive design considerations.
7. Lead other product managers within a product area, contribute to Product Management objectives, and foster agile ways of working.

Requirements:

• Experience in securities or financial services industry, with loan life-cycle expertise.
• Engagement with loan lenders, knowledge of funding or trade process, and experience with loan-level money movement.
• Success in team growth, agile ways of working, and problem-solving.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or related discipline, 10+ years of agile experience, and 12+ years of related experience.
