Manufacturing Engineer

Saint-Gobain, a global leader in abrasives and advanced materials, is seeking an experienced, hands-on Engineering Professional to join our team. You'll work on exciting projects focused on improving production, quality, and cost efficiency through advanced manufacturing processes.

What You Will Be Doing In This Role :

• Lead and manage projects to improve plant efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Sales, R&D).
• Contribute to process, product, and equipment development.
• Maintain ISO 9001 compliance.
• Develop solutions, conduct experiments, and implement process improvements.

What You Should Bring To This Role:

• BS in Mechanical or Material Science Engineering (Master’s a plus).
• 3-5 years' experience in manufacturing or abrasives.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 , Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred), and lean manufacturing .
• Proficiency in MS Office and CAD (SAP experience a plus).
• Strong communication skills, able to work independently and in teams.
