Epic Legacy Insurance Solutions is searching for 10 passionate Life Insurance Agents to join our team. Our ideal candidate has a background in consulting and exceptional customer service skills. As one of the #1 Insurance Providers, we are committed to offering our customers knowledgeable advice and law-compliant products to fit their financial needs.

We provide exclusive pre-qualified leads, with our own advanced marketing system for Life Insurance, Annuities, Whole Life, and IUL's.

We offer Weekly Group Coaching/Mastermind training, one-on-one mentoring, and administrative support with access to our training University.

As a Life Insurance Agent for Epic Legacy Insurance Solutions, your primary responsibility will be to provide exemplary customer service and insurance advice when interacting with clients. This will include: making assessments on each individual requirement, presenting potential policies, writing up paperwork, and ensuring customer deadlines are met. You will also be kept up to date on the latest industry trends and regulations, ensuring our products and services remain compliant.

The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, confident, and have the ability to work independently. You should also be able to interpret financial data, excel at problem-solving, and have the ability to build relationships with customers. Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Life Insurance products we offer
  2. Develop a deep understanding of customers’ profile in order to provide personalized advice
  3. Educate clients about products and policies so they can make informed decisions
  4. Help customers select suitable coverage plans based on their budget and needs
  5. Always comply with insurance regulations
  6. Resolve customers’ queries and provide help with the claims process if required
  7. Prepare and update the required paperwork

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience as a Life Insurance Agent or in a consultative role
  2. Current Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) qualifications
  3. Exceptional customer service & communication skills
  4. Able to interpret financial data and generate suitable recommendations
  5. Ability to work well as part of a team or independently
  6. Positive attitude, enthusiasm for helping people and driving sales
