Meet your team

The Data and Technology Services Platform team works in tight collaboration with multiple work streams to help customers with project definition, configuration, development, maintenance, and guidance on Best Practices for SAP solutions. We provide advisory and execution services to our customers, partners, and system integrators during project implementations, migrations, conversions, and technology transformations. Our team’s services help SAP enable every organization & every industry to become a network of intelligent, sustainable enterprises.

What you’ll do

  • Understand and leverage SAP technologies and methodologies.
  • Lead and participate in SAP customer implementations through: fit-gap workshops, design, implementation, operation, optimization and upgrade phases of the SAP solution.
  • Provide technical product expertise, guidance, and instruction on SAP products.
  • Aid and mentor other team members in the development and implementation of technical solutions.
  • Manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs.
  • Adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while working under deadlines.
  • Drive results and accept a high level of responsibility.
  • Build credible relationships with peers and clients, and continuous professional learning of SAP products.

What you bring

  • Must be able to work as a team player, yet have the ability to work independently.
  • Analytical, results-driven and have a solution-oriented approach.
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written presentation and listening.
  • Understanding of cloud technology concepts and current software technology topics like AI, ML.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP HANA in-Memory Platform core technology, including architecture, landscape design, installation, upgrades, performance tuning, and system integration.
  • Hands-on experience of implementation and conversion for S/4HANA solutions.
  • SAP Basis – Strong Knowledge and Hands-on experience on Technical Planning, Installations, Upgrades, OS/DB Migrations, Unicode Conversions for SAP NetWeaver platform, and SAP HANA.
  • Knowledge/Experience in performance tuning, workload analysis, User Management, System copies, backup/recovery planning, and implementation.
  • Ability to handle one or more projects simultaneously.
  • Must be open to travel.

Education

  • Graduate of an accredited university with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in: Computer Science, engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or similar degree.
  • Certification in SAP HANA and OS/DB Migration.
  • Certification in SAP S/4HANA Conversion and SAP System Upgrade.
  • 10+ years of SAP experience with SAP S/4HANA and HANA solutions, migrations, and conversions.
  • 5+ years working with SAP customers to define migration/conversion project requirements, approaches, and/or roadmaps.

Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. The targeted range for this position is 105200 - 228300 (USD). The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
