Pay Range: $75 - $80/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Help envision and shape DCXM’s centralized portfolio management transformation
- Lead planning of moving from vision to execution through a prioritized, phased approach, inclusive of goals/objectives, stakeholder engagement, milestones and success metrics
- Drive strategic change initiatives encompassed in the phases of portfolio management transformation
- On point for stakeholder management and communication
- DCXM roadmap planning and development
- Client and lead on-going continuous improvement efforts
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; Portfolio management, Banking transformation, Program Management
- (Vendor should not submit any candidate that does not have these skills/prior experience.)
- Must have prior program management, senior level project management experience
- Must have experience leading large scale, cross functional initiatives
- PMP certification
