This a full-time and part time (average of up to 29 hours per week), hourly positions available: first, second and third shifts. These positions are located in Enterprise, FL.

What You Need
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent, required
  • Minimum age for this position is 21 years, required
  • Minimum 1 year working with youth, required
  • Valid Permanent Driver's License and at least one year of U.S. driving experience
  • Ability to read, write and speak proficiently in English or any other language, Spanish is preferred.
  • Valid Florida Driver's License
  • Proof of the ORR Currently Required Immunizations, which are subject to change per ORR guidance:
    • 2 doses- Varicella
    • 2 doses- MMR
    • 1 dose- Tdap
    • 1 dose- Influenza
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain the order, safety, cleanliness of the facility, housekeeping, and adequate supervision of residents at all times. If no youth are present in the program and/or youth are unable to perform their chores due to illness, quarantine, or refusal, staff will complete cleaning tasks including but not limited to: sweep/mop/vacuum floors, dusting, laundry, wipe down surface areas, window cleaning, cleaning of bathrooms, youth bedrooms, collecting and taking our trash, and cleaning company vehicles.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of each resident's individual service plan through participation in the development of unit activities, life skill exercises, and recreation activities as well as through identifying opportunities for acculturation and spiritual life awareness.
  • Responsible for documentation according to agency policy, i.e., daily progress notes, incident reports, e-mail communication and is familiar with the computer resources in the staff office.
  • Plan and provide for the safe transportation of youth to various activities that may include, but are not limited to outings, court/legal appointments, meals out, medical appointments, etc.
  • Consistently wear the appropriate safety PPE when working with youth who are under a quarantine setting, this includes youth waiting for test results or those deemed positive of infectious disease, including but not limited to Covid-19.
  • Assist with preparing residents for airline travel, accompanying residents to the airport as needed, and accompanying residents on fly-outs.
  • Provide for the nutritional needs of the youth including the preparation of culturally sensitive meals according to the approved dietary menu, along with serving and cleaning up from meals.
