A leading tech company is seeking a Finance, Accounting and Procurement - Accountant. The successful candidate will develop, implement and/or maintain one or a combination of many general accounting systems. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of work-related experience. Pay And Benefits

  • Hourly pay: $30/hr
  • Worksite: Leading technology and data solutions company (Remote, Candidates must be located in the United States in the Pacific Time zone)

  • 40 hours/week, 4 Month Assignment

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and/or maintain one or a combination of many general accounting systems.
  • Generate reports from financial systems and may provide analysis on reports.
  • May maintain receipts and disbursement reports.
  • May prepare federal, state, and local reports and tax returns.
  • Assist with forecast and budget preparation.
  • Communicate financial results and recommendations to operations and finance.
  • Monitor the efficiency and accuracy of existing financial processes.
  • Automate and improve existing reports, reporting tools, and financial processes.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of work-related experience required.
  • 5-7+ years of experience with fixed assets.
  • 5-7+ years of experience with Cost accounting.
  • 5-7+ years of experience with supply chain.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required.
  • May require work experience and/or special knowledge in relevant areas.
  • Knowledge of SAP preferred; Microsoft products knowledge with intermediate to advanced level Excel required.
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer applications unique to the position.
  • Strong customer service skills; ability to effectively work with internal/external clients.
  • Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a large volume of information in a fast-paced environment.
