Our client, a leading national provider of home healthcare equipment and related services, seeks an experienced HR Director to join their team in Sherman Oaks, CA. This is an onsite role.
We're looking for a seasoned HR professional with:
8+ years of experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role
Expertise in executive-level recruitment and interfacing with company leadership
A track record of success in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Extensive experience managing recruiting and HR for medium-to-large companies
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the go-to resource for all HR needs
Lead the HR team, manage multiple direct reports, and help grow the department to over 10 members
Enforce company policies and provide hands-on support for business expansions
Assist leadership with HR-related decisions to facilitate growth
Compensation: $150K plus benefits | Onsite 5 days per week in Sherman Oaks, CA
