AmesburyTruth has various opportunities available in our Engineering department at our Owatonna, MN. These roles will help to drive efficiencies and production/facilities improvements at our largest manufacturing site in the US. Working as an independent contributor, you will collaborate with various teams and departments to drive improvements and manage projects.


Available positions include:

  • Assembly Manufacturing Engineer
  • Stamping Manufacturing Engineer
  • Facilities Engineer
  • Project Engineer

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)
  • Understanding of manufacturing methods and processes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and independently
  • Analytical and mechanical problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing methodologies
