Working as an independent contributor, you will collaborate with various teams and departments to drive improvements and manage projects.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)
- Understanding of manufacturing methods and processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and independently
- Analytical and mechanical problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing methodologies
