Chief Engineer

Duties:

1. Oversee and manage all engineering operations within the organization
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
3. Lead and supervise a team of engineers and technicians
4. Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
5. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and systems
6. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or malfunctions
7. Monitor budgets and expenses related to engineering projects
8. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in engineering technology

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
2. Proven experience as a Chief Engineer or in a similar leadership role
3. Strong knowledge of low voltage and high voltage systems
4. Proficient in project management principles and practices
5. Excellent leadership and communication skills
6. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
7. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
