Salary: $90,000 - $95,000
Responsibilities:
- Looking for a hands-on Lead IT Support.
- Involved in basic onsite & remote tech support for around 50 end users.
- IT infrastructure management.
- Manage Dell systems.
- Experience with Fortinet (firewalls, endpoint security).
- Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Oversee LAN/WAN connectivity, firewalls, routers, and switches; ensure network performance, monitor for potential issues, and implement solutions as needed.
- SQL Server troubleshooting experience.
- Vendor management with MSP.
