Job Requirements / Description
Your mission
Project Costing:
- Coordinate internal project costing for utility-scale projects.
- Develop and maintain a centralized costing database.
Financial Management:
- Oversee accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and credit analysis.
- Manage accounts payable, including booking vendor invoices and scheduling payments.
- Conduct weekly cash forecasts and daily bank reconciliations.
- Handle all aspects of tax compliance for US and Canada.
Inventory and Cost Control:
- Monitor production material usage and evaluate stock.
- Conduct inventory variance analysis and reconciliation.
- Review and analyze product costs and project quotes.
Budgeting and Reporting:
- Oversee the annual budget process.
- Provide financial analyses for capital investments and pricing decisions.
- Prepare financial reports and conduct monthly performance reviews.
Human Resources and IT:
- Coordinate North America recruitment and employee issue resolution.
- Manage HR systems and benefits review.
- Handle IT budgeting and user support.
Your profile:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).
- Experience in treasury functions and cash forecasting.
- Knowledge of US and Canadian tax compliance.
- Experience in inventory management and costing.
- Experience in budgeting and financial planning.
- Experience in financial reporting and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
- Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
