The Clinical Stroke Coordinator, a Registered Professional Nurse, will establish relationships with physicians, professionals, and health-related groups within the community to collaborate and oversee the stroke program. They will coordinate interdepartmental process development and improvements and assist in the development, maintenance, and updating of policies, procedures, and documentation related to the Stroke Program to maintain compliance with regulatory standards. The Coordinator will provide expertise to achieve the overall goals of the organization and act as a clinical resource and educator for staff, patients, and the community. They will also communicate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure 24/7 capability of caring for acute stroke patients and serve as a leader in the community for the creation and maintenance of a Comprehensive Stroke Program.
Salary: $54,846.00 - $87,754.00
