Responsibilities:
- Become a product and brand expert to help families navigate every moment from preemie to size 14
- Provide warm and genuine customer service on the sales floor
- Lead an assigned business focus area through planning and detailed follow through
- Recognize exceptional performance and provide in-the-moment feedback to store team
- Support store team with asset protection through consistent customer service and operational controls
Qualifications:
- Positive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient computer and technology skills
- High school diploma or GED
