Responsibilities:

  • Become a product and brand expert to help families navigate every moment from preemie to size 14
  • Provide warm and genuine customer service on the sales floor
  • Lead an assigned business focus area through planning and detailed follow through
  • Recognize exceptional performance and provide in-the-moment feedback to store team
  • Support store team with asset protection through consistent customer service and operational controls

Qualifications:

  • Positive and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient computer and technology skills
  • High school diploma or GED
