We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer who has a passion, vision and technical acumen to help lead strategic initiatives and meet the needs of the business. You’ll be hands-on coding through the entire development lifecycle as well as leading an Agile team of back-end and front-end developers. You will be hands on with Adobe Experience Manager, cloud computing, lightweight Java microservices, single-page application front ends (React/Angular), and highly resilient software services.
Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Software Engineer with 8+ years of experience including Java microservice development, AWS, SalesForce, and AEM experience as well as familiarity working with Angular. You will:

  • Mentor and lead other software developers enabling them to work independently
  • Lead development efforts, provide input into architectural and design decisions, provide realistic estimates
  • Design and develop solutions working with other internal groups such as architecture, dev ops and enterprise security to ensure alignment with enterprise technology direction and standards
  • Contribute to code reviews and provide feedback
  • Lead discussions to drive tactical vs. strategic decisions, outlining trade-offs


Business Knowledge

  • Experience working directly with business partners
  • Can articulate business needs and translate them into technology solutions


Requirements

  • 7+ years experience with Java development
  • 5+ years experience implementing technology solutions using AWS cloud technologies
  • 4+ years experience with Angular or another JavaScript/TypeScript framework
  • 2+ years experience developing integrations to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and SalesForce
  • Experience with marketing technology platforms
  • Experience mentoring and leading development teams
  • Expertise designing, developing, deploying, and supporting full stack technology solutions
  • Able to quickly learn new technologies and stay abreast of industry trends
  • Able to work with existing data models and schemas and suggest changes and improvements


FINRA Requirements

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for remote work up to three days a week.
