The Trend Management Internship Program offers current students the opportunity to gain relevant, hands-on work experience at a top-tier talent agency. Interns will work alongside seasoned talent managers to support various projects and learn the ins and outs of talent management in the digital space.
We’re looking for individuals with a passion for and interest in the rapidly expanding creator marketing industry.
In this role, you will provide administrative assistance to a team of Social Media Talent Managers to enable smooth and effective processes for our creator clients. This is not a client-facing role.
A successful candidate will exhibit strong communication and time-management skills. They will also be nimble and organized in their tasks, which directly impact client service processes.
Responsibilities
- Industry research and creator sourcing
- Source contacts for new brands
- Send customized pitch emails for our Trend roster
- Administrative support such as scheduling meetings, creating presentations in Canva, taking meeting minutes, and more
- Organize gifting to our roster
- Collect data and create spreadsheets of roster data
- Handle sensitive client information with care and security with all business practices
- Ensure data entry accuracy in Asana, our company-wide project management tool
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to take on other responsibilities and opportunities as they arise, understanding that the business is always evolving
- Be a team player who displays a positive, professional attitude and works well with others to achieve team goals!
Requirements
- Working in-office at either our Houston or Nashville location - This is not a remote role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Expert attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a deadline-driven environment with proven organizational and time management skills
- Experience in using the following technologies is preferred:
- Canva
- Google Suite
- Asana
