Job Description

Join our powerful and diverse team at Jellyfish, as a Senior Account Manager and contribute to our global network of talented individuals who are dedicated to inspiring clients, partners, and each other through exceptional client management.

We are seeking someone who can effectively articulate client business objectives, demonstrate how our work aligns with those objectives, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clearly communicate client business objectives, demonstrate how our work contributes to achieving those objectives, and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Possess a strong understanding of our everyday Fundamental Tools, and their impact on the Jellyfish business, implementing changes that improve efficiency and overall success.
  • Place a priority on acquiring in-depth knowledge of Advanced and Strategic Fundamental Tools.
  • Provide support to larger accounts, taking ownership of a specific area (such as a channel or brand), and may serve as the client lead for smaller accounts.
  • Develop comprehensive briefs that effectively capture client expectations and lead the team in accomplishing the objectives outlined in the brief.
  • Collaborate with the Client Lead to drive growth in existing client net revenue, including activating new products, initiating new projects, and increasing media spending.
  • Focus on developing leadership skills to enhance team performance.

Strategic Project Initiatives:

  • Monitor client health indicators such as Net Profit Contribution (NPC) and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Seek opportunities to develop and strengthen external partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience working with paid media, ideally with expertise in one or more of the following channels: paid search, paid social, programmatic display and video.
  • 5-7 years of experience in industry.
  • Proactive and ambitious Senior Account Manager.
  • Passionate about fostering client success and building lasting partnerships.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, and possess a strong drive for continuous improvement.
