Requirements:
- Some Psych/Behavioral Health Experience
- Willing to float to other units
- Willing to take charge LPN shifts
- COVID vaccination and booster
- Resume
- Skills checklist (within 1 year)
- 2 supervisory references fromlast 2 years of employment
- Certifications -certifications dont need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain
- License-confirm they are willing and eligible to obtain
- COVID vaccination and booster - please confirm if they are willing to obtain
- CPI- offered onsite; no need to confirm at time of submission
- Please outline what patient populations your traveler has experience with.
