Description
As a Call Center Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound calls from customers to address their queries, concerns, and requests efficiently.
  • Problem Resolution: Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Resolve customer issues by troubleshooting or escalating when necessary.
  • Order Processing: Assist customers with placing, changing, or canceling orders and provide real-time updates on their status.
  • Follow-Up: Ensure follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved and keep clients informed about the progress.
  • Data Entry: Accurately log all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions into the company database.
  • Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls as needed for follow-ups, customer satisfaction surveys, and product or service updates.
  • Service Improvement: Gather customer feedback and report recurring issues to team leads for service improvement.
  • Maintain Professionalism: Handle all communications with professionalism, adhering to company policies and maintaining confidentiality.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in customer service or call center operations is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor under pressure.
