Location: Preferably local to Pittsburgh or the area. However, Remote will be considered
Compensation: Competitive base salary with performance-based commission
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Managed Services Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue by selling our comprehensive IT managed services, including network monitoring, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, data backup, and IT support. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT services landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities : Generate leads through various channels (networking, cold calling, digital marketing), building a robust sales pipeline.
  • Consultative selling : Understand client pain points, challenges, and needs to offer tailored IT managed services solutions, positioning our company as a trusted advisor.
  • Sales presentations and demos : Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our services.
  • Build and maintain client relationships : Develop long-term partnerships with clients by ensuring high satisfaction, managing expectations, and providing ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with technical teams : Work closely with pre-sales and technical staff to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets : Drive revenue by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Market intelligence : Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and the latest technology advancements to help refine our sales approach and product offerings.
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts : Craft detailed proposals that address client needs, and negotiate terms to close deals.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT managed services, cloud services, cybersecurity, or similar technology-related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of managed IT services such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, network monitoring, and helpdesk solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
