Job Summary:
Super Micro Computer, Inc. is currently seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to join our HQ located in San Jose, CA. TPM acts as the main interface with a key technology partner and is responsible for overall joint project execution, risk, and schedule management. TPM will work closely with R&D, product managers, production, purchasing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure overall technical design and production quality meet customer requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lead a cross-functional team to exceed customer's requirements for production quality and build plan/schedule.
- Ability to convert customer's requirements into actionable and measurable activities to drive improvements on manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Strong technical background and experience working in a server and storage ODM or OEM environment.
- Experience with servers, storage, and networking products for data center infrastructure.
- Project management / electrical engineering background a strong plus.
- Supreme leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teams.
- Some travel required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- 12+ years in related operations and management experience.
- Working knowledge in understanding Infrastructure Architecture, frameworks, and principles on security, networks, systems, equipment, and resources.
- Knowledge with corporate, industry, and professional standards, policies, regulations, compliance, and codes of conduct associated with the role.
- Good coordination, organization, communication, and customer service skills.
Salary Range:
$182,000 - $205,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
