What You Will Do
As a Technical Program Manager , you will lead cross-functional execution teams and manage the delivery of complex technology products and services. You will serve as a trusted advisor, interfacing effectively with business line executives and managers to promote IT services that align with business value. Your responsibilities include:
- Partnering with product managers to prioritize features and requirements, ensuring outcomes are realized for clients.
- Collaborating with architecture teams and subject matter experts to develop holistic and scalable solutions.
- Aligning development teams to ensure project deliverables meet technical requirements.
- Continuously improving management processes and standards for program management.
- Overseeing program financials, tracking resources, and leading solutions design sessions.
- Managing multiple programs or projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
- Create management and communication plans and processes.
- Analyze and develop procedures for management and technical duties.
- Define project responsibilities with stakeholders.
- Participate in budget and staff allocations.
- Maintain project timelines, budget estimates, and status reports.
- Oversee IT Scrum Teams, working alongside Product Managers and possibly co-product owners to ensure scalable solutions.
- Manage the launch of solutions and maximize their impact.
- Collaborate with architecture and operations teams for solution compatibility.
Requirements and Technical Skills
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management and communication.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA/Ado, Asana, Trello).
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Skills in identifying and mitigating project risks.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel (including macros and formulas), and SQL querying.
- Capital Markets experience.
