Chief Information Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated IT Specialist to join our team in Lake Nona, Florida. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly skilled in IT support, and ready to contribute immediately. Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide IT support and solutions to ensure optimal functionality of our systems.
2. Oversee technical projects in alignment with organizational skills.
3. Manage and maintain software platforms, ensuring smooth operation.
4. Direct the effective delivery of networks, development, and disaster recovery systems and processes.
5. Work with information engineers to find solutions that optimize business activities.
6. Supervise a team, while working closely with management, external vendors, and advisors.
7. Ensure data security and manage backups.
8. Prepare financial budgets and present proposals for capital projects to senior executives.
9. Research and recommend new products.
10. Identify new market opportunities.

Required Skills:

1. Proficiency in Zoho, Ring Central, and similar applications.
2. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently, while managing multiple tasks.
3. Experience in software setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in a similar IT role is required.
2. Strong knowledge of IT systems, applications, and software integration.
3. Excellent communication skills to support the team effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
