Japanese Bilingual Accountant- Hybrid

One of our clients, a major Japanese manufacturing company, is seeking candidates for an Accountant position.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial record-keeping, including maintaining financial reports, performing account reconciliations, and assisting with budget preparation. A good team player is essential.

_*After the training period, able to work remotely up to 50%.*_

Duties

1. Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports
2. Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses
3. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
4. Manage all accounting transactions including accounts payable and receivable
5. Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports
6. Assist with audits, budgeting, and forecasting

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2. Proven work experience as an Accountant or similar role
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
4. Proficiency in accounting software
5. Experience with financial auditing and bank reconciliation
6. Solid understanding of financial concepts including journal entries and payroll
7. Ability to mentor junior staff members

Must be Japanese bilingual.

Working Hours: 9am-6pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $64,000.00 - $79,000.00 per year
